Great old school gym. Helpful knowledgeable staff, with a great atmosphere. Plenty of people willing to help out. A place to make friends, train hard, and without the killer costs that seem to be the norm these days. Go try it out, these places are rare to find.

I used to train here for a few years and the guys there qre really friendly. Army Matt the manager is a really nice guy and he helped me a lot! The equipment and boxing gym there are great!!

Great gym. My some has been attending boxing lesson here for the last 5 months. He's really enjoyed it and his coach Darren is brilliant.
