Great old school gym. helpful knowledgeable staff, with a great atmosphere. plenty of people willing to help out. a place to make friends, train hard, and without the killer costs that seem to be the norm these days. go try it out, these places are rare to find.
I used to train here for a few years and the guys there qre really friendly. army matt the manager is a really nice guy and he helped me a lot! the equipment and boxing gym there are great!!

Great gym. my some has been attending boxing lesson here for the last 5 months. he's really enjoyed it and his coach darren is brilliant.
