One of the best gyms I have come across in a very long time - the staff are always welcoming and helpful where need be and the gym is always clean. They good music in gym and I never have to worry about my safety while being inside the gym. The equipment suits my needs to a T and I would recommend this gym to people of all ages and abilities. The gym is located in a nice area … no complaints.

I've been going this gym for about 8 months now and have never had problem with this gym. The staff have always delivered exceptional customer service and are able to deal with problems very quickly. The equipment in the gym is phenomenal, they cover all aspects of fitness. If a machine is ever broken it is fixed very quickly. The atmosphere of the gym is amazing, the music is always good but not too loud in case you wanna listen to your own. The other customers are all friendly and I have never had a problem with anyone.

I joined over the summer while working in Dartford, and honestly I was gutted to leave. I hadn’t done any research, just picked the gym closest to my accommodation and I struck gold. This gym is exceptional! The staff are so friendly and approachable. The variety of the machines and equipment was amazing, especially comparing it to my usual gym which is huge and over over two floor, Snap fitness had everything you could possibly need and more (hello massage guns 👀). I didn’t manage to catch a class but they were always busy and people clearly enjoyed them. The gym was always spotless and the 24hr access was such a bonus. Thank you Snap Fitness Dartford and if you could open a gym in North West London that would be dreamy.
