The Gym Group Dartford

I love it, i use this gym for few years now and i can't complain! the staff is super friendly and helpful the equipments are in good condition, if something is injured they fix it as soon as they can always clean and tidy, i see even the gm celaning around. i love to use it and i am happy about thid gym!

Lights are extremely bright, and considering i suffer photosensitivity, it was very overwhelming. but i enjoyed a good workout. not to busy and easy access to the equipment i wanted to use. nicely laid out. not to cramped, and lots of mirrors so you can watch your progress and take some cheeky selfies after. nice little gym. would go to again.

I really enjoyed jakes free 30 minute boxing taster class. very insightful. he was very patient and thorough in explaining techniques. thank you i’ll be back 😌

I think the gym does well for its size. staff are friendly, i have previously had class sessions with holly and morgan, which had me learning new things each session and applying them to my own workouts. great little facility, my only 2 complaints is that the mat area can be hard to utilise when there are classes and parking can be annoying with the time constraints. overall, would recommend :)

Just come back to the gym after a few years out, pretty bad imbalance in my shoulders, had a bunch of really helpful stuff from jake, man knows his stuff, like all the rest of the staff i’d expect. great, friendly place to workout, especially for those new to the area like me looking for somewhere good to workout
