i have been a manager for over 20 years working with the elderly, last November 2020 my dad fell ill and needed 3 calls a day , we was blessed as we received this company. I have never seen such a caring team of young ladies looking after my dad, the managers so accommodating, my family, / mother was always shown compassion, and kindness. The team that came into my dad cared so much for him and supported my mother when things got tough. I will always be grateful to silver birch and sing there praises from he roof tops. This is the best care company ive ever came across. 100% brilliant.

Based on my own experience I have in the past recommended Silverbirch Healthcare to people, and would have no hesitation in continuing to recommend Silverbirch Healthcare to anyone needing additional support in their own home. I’ve had carers coming for over 10 years, with the last 4.5 years provided by Silverbirch Healthcare. I have two visits a day; in the morning to get me out of bed, washed and dressed, and in the evening to put me to bed. Once a week I have an extended daytime visit to give my parents a break. In 2022 Covid put me in hospital on a ventilator. Time immobile weakened me considerably so I needed twice as much assistance for the first two weeks back at home. Silverbirch Healthcare were able to provide this extra care at short notice and the carers were very supportive and encouraging of me as I struggled to get better and regain lost strength.
