Brilliant service in every regard, from booking in the lock-changing service on saturday evening through to completion of the job today (monday morning) - i wish all my interactions with tradespeople was this easy and effective! oleksandr was quick to respond to emails, quick to schedule an appointment, and quick to deliver exactly what we needed. he then went above and beyond by noticing a faulty hinge on our outer door and repaired it free of charge. we are very grateful for his kindness and attention to detail and would highly recommend to anyone seeking his services.
