Dreams Dartford

We went into dreams in Dartford today to try some mattresses for my severe arthritic back and was met by a lovely friendly young man Reece. He went out of his way to help us and with a very professional manner. I wqs so impressed with his respect and understanding. He showed us many beds. Look after this young man he s an asset to your company.

Terrible experience with delivery and after care customer service. Once they have your money they are not bothered. Bed delivered with bit missing to connect it together had to wait a further 4 weeks for another half of bed to be delivered 8 weeks to get a bed poor service for the money they charge. Avoid would not recommend or use again.

The young gentleman at your Dartford Branch was very helpful. He gave us his full attention and suggested a good quality Mattress and base. We were very pleased with the service.

I was very happy with my visit to dreams I was greeted by Reece who is a asset to your company. Greeted us as Soon as we walked in the doors with a big smile and eager to help us my mum came in before and ordered a bed and mattress for my auntie and mum told me about the beds in there so we went in and brought another bed frame and mattress. When he was showing us around offered me and my boyfriend a pillow to test the mattress out tried the sleep match.we had a family day out there was 4 of us and offered all of us a drink.he tried all options to get us the best price for our budget and also threw in some free pillows as we brought 2 bed frames and 2 mattress the last 2 days. We shall be returning as the service by Reece was outstanding to the near future as my parents need to get a new bed for my sisters new room We love the quality of the mattress and bed frames that’s why we come back as my parents already have a bed frame and mattress from dreams.

Went to Dreams Dartford to buy a new mattress (a firm double). Were assisted and impressed by Kate, a knowledgeable and pleasant young woman who welcomed us, offered us water and talked us through options and insurances once we had decided our choice. Very impressed by the scanning machine! Pleased by the ease of finding a convenient delivery slot. Customer service 10/10
