Do not use this company. Do not buy any beds from this company. The bed arrived already damaged with the delivery company and the company has failed to repair the bed that has already been damaged prior to installation. This company has not made any efforts to fix or replace it. Extremely poor customer service. This company is a rip off. Paying lots of money for something that is inadequate. Still months later they have not repaired the bed with x2 failed delivery for replacement parts. Fraud of a company.

I recently purchased a mattress from Sleep8 online! the information given by Sleep8 for back problems was to purchase a Mattress Sleep8 Glen Haven and so I did at a cost of £1100.I finally received the mattress but within a few weeks I realized my back problem was much worse. I have contacted customer services by email several times NO RESPONSE! I then called customer services at the Bluewater store but you cannot get to speak anyone just leave a message!! Again no response. The returns website is no longer available?? It's as if they don't exist? Please be careful when using this company!

The service from the store sales person to the products being delivered by 2 men was outstanding. I will be coming back for future furniture needs. The fact that I could see and feel the products in store made my purchase easy to make the decision on what to get.

Extremely disappointing service. Bed and mattress sold to me in Nov also charged. The bed and matress was expected to be delivered in Jan and when I call and follow up they say it is not available. How do you sell something to someone charge them and then say it is not available any more.. Spoke to customer care and they said they will refund but that does not help as we have lost all offers from Dec. Stay away from this company as Store directs to Customer Service and customer service has poor service promises call back and they dont asked to get me CEO's email till date none provided and refund processed without agreeing for any compensation... Just do not buy from them as no where close to professional and lack of ownership

They have beautiful beds. But they take a long time to deliver. They take for each order between 4 to 6 months. We liked a bed that was on display and not for sale. So we should wait So we should wait the mentioned time. I think that if you have a business and buyers are interested in the product, it might be good to offer what you have on display unless it is in poor condition. Another detail is that they are not very clear about what they have and what they do not have in the store. Really, we were a little disappointed with this place.
