Went in thursday 13th july , was helped by Aaron, great service, helped me and my daughter both do an upgrade, was polite, helpful and answered all our questions, and we had a lot. Aaron is a credit to the store.

I went into the three store in bluewater today and a girl called Jenna gave me great customer service and a great deal very happy

Best customer service provided by Irene (store manager) she went through all the different options that works better for me. Extremely helpful. She is an asset to you guys.

Excellent customer service and help from Charlotte at Bluwater store. She helped my husband who had lost his phone, to set up an old phone , with the new SIM card as his number had been blocked for some reason. She dealt with reactivating it and was very kind and patient with us. Thank you Charlotte for your help. Your lovely manner and kindness is much appreciated.
