First time visiting last week Saturday to get dip powder on my natural nails. They removed the previous application I had. The gentleman who did it filed exactly the shape I wanted and the thinness I preferred. One week later and everything still in tact so pretty pleased.

Booked to get a manicure for myself and my Mum today, waited 10 minutes past our appointment time, which would have been fine had the service been good. We both asked for our nails to be cleaned up and finished with a clear coat. The lady who did my nails was very rough, left my fingers sore from picking skin off of them that wasn’t even dead or untidy, didn’t ask me to wash my hands after filing and so when she put the singular layer of clear polish on, there was dust and dirt stuck underneath. Once she had coated my nails she just stood up and said finished and walked to the counter and started eating her food, she didn’t leave them to dry under the lamp and barely let me know they were finished. My nails have dirt under them, my fingers are sore and the service from her was terrible. The lady who did my Mum’s nails, however, was lovely, she cleaned her nails, gently tidied them up, had her wash the dust from filing off her hands and coated them with a clear coat, a light pink shine and a top coat, they were then put under the lamp to dry. All in all it wasn’t worth the money at all and I’m very disappointed with the service.

They nailed it indeed. Lovely space, staff, and services. Definitely recommend.

Always great service , polite , friendly and they remove cuticles properly when doing nails as well as giving a proper pedicure which doesn't feel rushed

I lost one of my nail on Saturday and I called 17:30 to my nail place ,,Lilley Nails,, explained situation and that I could be there in next 15 min but they refused to fix my nail. So I walked down the dartford High Road and off chance asked if anyone can help me. I almost lost hope when I walked trough these doors lovely lady called Tracey fixed my nail. I was so happy that decided to do my new infils with this lovely 😍 team. In picture is my new infils 👌 made by Nham. Really lovely person and atmosphere was amazing 👏 Thank you so much ❤️ for everything ❤️
