Service was great, wonderful staff who were very helpful. in love with my new glasses!!
I just had an eye test as i needed some new glasses. i had excellent service and would like to thank everyone there today as they made me feel at ease and made the process very smooth. many thanks to megan she was very patient, the optician who has fabulous and the nice lady who checked my order before it went through (i am sorry, i didn't catch your names). i am a very happy customer and will be always coming back!
All staff were very amazing, lady doing the eye test, optician and lady sorting out the glasses. all were very patient and kind, especially the ladies getting multiple glasses off the hook for me. even helped me choose some which was great. great range of frames too for someone as fussy as myself.
