My daughter has had treatment here over the last 18 months, and I can honestly say it has been the most amazing, painless (really!) and overly caring experience we have had. My daughter was looked after so well by Marie, so much so that she looked forward to her appointment's. My very nervous daughter had her 1st appointment here today after a referral for braces. The receptionists were so upbeat and welcoming. They explained in perfect detail what would be happening and what paperwork needed filling in. We were called into the appointment before our time, and again we were welcomed and made to feel like they were glad we were there. My daughter had her X-rays and pictures, and the next steps were explained again. We left feeling so calm and looking forward to going back. After leaving, my daughter commented to me how nice it felt being there with them.
