Called ahead of placing an order. Gentleman on the phone was super helpful checking stock and compatibility. Free postage and arrived within 3 days and £15 cheaper than my LFS. What more could I ask for?! 5*

Made an error with order and they refunded straight away. Error was mine, i was most impressed with their speed and service, my mistake was not an issue to them. Would not hesitate to use their online sales and their response speed is excellent.

Great helpful staff, which are knowledgeable in a whole range of aquatic areas. The shop is wonderful with a whole range of tropical fish, koi and dry goods for sale. Prices are very reasonable and they have a good website and quick delivery on items I've ordered in the past. Worth a visit if you're in the area.
