AVOID Horrific experience avoid this clinic at ALL costs. Have had £5500 of my money since March, cancelled my procedure citing faulty medical equipment days before and have ignored me for three months. The consultant I was booked in with will no longer work with them and I am left in debt, frustrated and so upset.

I think a 1 star is actually very generous of me. Nobody can reply to an email they owe me money back for my surgery i have emailed 3 different emails none of which are replying even though they have been emailing me off of them before. They said that they could keep it on file and in another couple of years i could go back and have more surgery but they had cancelled my surgery the day of and then i had to pay for a consultation with a new doctor to go with to eventually have my surgery the day of surgery i was told i couldn’t eat since the night before because my surgery was going to be in the morning. I didn’t end up going for my surgery till 5 in the afternoon no one was updating me threw the day i was just left in a room. I have emailed to be booked in and seen by my surgeon since my surgery and have had no reply for appointments with him. AVOID AVOID AVOID and when i call up they just fob me off saying the person i need to speak with isn’t on site and they will forward my emails on i can see from the reviews i am not the first person there doing this to.

I just had my breast enlargement a couple of hours ago and all the staff from reception to surgeon was amazing. I was really worried after my bad experience in the last year because of cancellations but everything went smooth and quick. I give 4 stars because of all the time waiting to get it done and in my opinion the customer service ( before surgery) should improve. Nurses were checking on me quiet often, the surgeon and anaesthetist gave me all the information about the surgery and also checked if everything was alright. The room and bathroom were really clean and also the theatre. I can't wait to see them healed and the final result. For those who had the issues with cancellation I recommend to be patient and they will be really happy with the surgery. Doctor: J. Prakash Nurses: Anca Condescu and Aster Hailom.

Medical commission not deserve any star from me , Scam me for £12500 passed the nurse £70 and other stuff that I have bought for my surgery, I had very bad experience with the clinic. They just wanted your money without doing anything and ignored your all the email, I got cancellations on. 26th of April just a few days before my surgery, This company is bankrupt, horrible horrible how can they do this to people without take any responsibility????? I will take the Company (Medical commission) to the court.

Agree with the rest of the bad reviews. Taken money, cancelled procedure 48hours before. Surgeon not well as well as equipment not working. Anyone reading this who has had this happen please find me on Facebook. Message if u can. There are more of us…….. a lot! Avoid avoid avoid! John barber, Teresa Lisa sharon and Terrance Bartlett have worked there for years taking vulnerable and insecure women’s money and lining their own pockets. Re search them on companies house. They put the company in Joanita ngdire name as director. 5-6 companies liquidated. Taking money off of clients the day before filing for liquidation. Medical commissioning limited. London cosmetics limited. New well being limited is the new one they are using. Please have a look you will all see it’s public information
