5 weeks post op -breast augmentation from A to C. I cannot recommend Dr Matthew James highly enough. It took me almost 20 to finally go through with the operation, as I was always too scared to commit to the surgery in case something went wrong. After my initial consultation with Dr James, I knew straight away that I'm in safe hands. He made me feel very comfortable, very honest, thorough in explaining the pros and cons, answered all my questions and made the whole process feel really 'easy' (which it was to be honest). Didn't feel any pressure at all to commit to the surgery which was a big bonus for me. He gave me an option of sizes, and his recommendations and I'm very happy that I have listened to him rather than going too big (5 weeks later and I don't really feel that I had the surgery or that I have implants in (they feel so in sync with my body). My breasts look very natural, and I couldn’t be happier. The surgery itself went really well, staff at the Cadogan Clinic were really nice and carrying. Straight after the operation I felt fine, almost no pain, no bruising at all Incisions were really small and neat, few months and I probably won't even remember that they are there. Communication has been very easy and Tracey, his PA is also super nice and brilliant at answering any questions. Pricing was very clear from the beginning, no hidden costs. Dr James was recommended to me by my friend, and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone who is looking for natural results!

I cannot recommend Matthew James enough. His fantastic bedside manner his obvious knowledge, experience and superior surgery techniques are second to none. Aftercare was perfect, he was always available by phone if I needed advice and he was so precise, particular and exact in everything he did. He was also very patient, modest and approachable. I am a nurse myself and I know that I had excellent treatment and advice at all times. My surgery was a tummy tuck, mons lift, liposuction to my flanks AND a half face lift. Life changing! My clothes fit me. My tummy is flat and 6 weeks after surgery I am riding my bike daily doing 20km a day. My case was not as simple as just surgery. Dr Matt James is very polite and listened to what I wanted for breast augmentation. After surgery, I was surprised how little pain I was in. I left with a bag of painkillers however I haven't had to take any. The pain felt like breast engorgement when breast feeding and the pain was 10-15seconds and then it passed. This was all I felt a few times a day for about 4/5 days, I've also had no trouble sleeping. I'm so happy with my results and I couldnt recommend a better surgeon! Thank you again!
