Amazing customer service and are very kind. I am part of a team for a project and we needed a discount on shirts. The were kind enough to give is an unimaginably great deal and we were very happy to have it as we could not have afforded it if we did not have it. The quality of the shirts were great and were very customisable.

Stay clear of them the owner was quite frankly offensive and was incredibly rude to me. Its a long review but it is worth the read so you know what you are getting into. I was very disappointed with the work this company did for us. I gave it some time before writing this review with the hopes that we would come to some sort of agreement. I don't believe in writing reviews before speaking to the company, but as you will find when you read this, that was pointless. We needed some tracksuits printed as we were disappointed with the original print quality. Little did we know it would go from bad to worse. I have attached a picture of what we received back from All about image. As you can see there is a large brown chemical stain (Im assuming it from removing the print) Sadly when I complained to Tony about the stain, he told me that I have delivered 130 tracksuits to him with those stains already on them. He talk no accountability for the stain and he was very rude to me on the phone he actually when on to insult my business and told me he wouldn't touch my products with a barge poll. He also kept on mentioning the fact that I got them done in "India" when it was not even made in India and the whole mention of India over and over again made me feel very uncomfortable. I had to record the conversation because it was actually quite disgusting I wish I could attach the audio here. Aside from him denying the fact that he made those stains and that I brought them in like that, the print quality was so poor regardless of the stain, again I have attached a picture. You can see the print is wrinkly, I have a heat press machine and can do a better job than this. I agreed some of the tracksuits had white! scorch marks prior but as soon as I said this he jumped on it and said the brown stain was also a scorch mark. I have attached a picture of the white scorch marks which disappear usually in one wash. You can look at the pictures and be the judge of that. Is that a scorch mark or a liquid stain? To conclude this review, the customer service that I received from Tony was horrendous. I have always felt a little uncomfortable speaking with him and haven spoken to other people in the area they have felt the same too. I did not enjoy the way he spoke to me or my brother. I did not enjoy the fact he kept mentioning India in a weird way. I did not enjoy that he refused to take accountability for his poor work. I did not enjoy that he attacked my business and as a young business owner still at the start up stage that is heart breaking. When you are trying to build something for yourself and someone you went to for help as good as cr*ps on you hard work. If I were you I would stay clear, because though they have good reviews, you could be the next business owner that Tony undermines and diminishes. If he does comment back and denies my claim which im sure he will. This is my truth. I can longer sell my tracksuits and I now ok with that. If I can help someone not make the same mistake as working with the company I have to do so.

Brilliant service and quality product! Not the cheapest and had to wait 8 working days but you get what you pay for! Deffo one of, if not the, best in the area!! Will definitely be a returning customer as my business expands!
