PMUK - Block & Estate Management Dartford

PM UK has been our property manager for the past three years and I couldn't be happier! I live in a leasehold flat in Ilford and our previous property manager was not helpful or good at all. We inherited that company when we moved in and unfortunately you don't know what you don't know. It was so difficult to get any work done and we felt like we were there to serve him rather than him provide us with a service. The worst was when we found out he put us in debt with one of our utilities for a huge sum of money because he didn't pay the bill, despite us paying our monthly fee. We did a lot of research looking for a new property manager and I interviewed a lot of them! Finally, we narrowed it down to three and further interviewed them and PMUK came out heads and shoulders above them all! Because of our previous very bad experience with our last property manager, we had a lot of questions and high expectations and PMUK fulfilled them all. They are transparent, always professional, and approachable. When work needs to get done, they respond quickly and the contractors they use are professional as well, especially our gardeners! I would not hesitate to recommend PMUK, I'm so happy and relieved we went with them. As I said I interviewed and did my due diligence when searching for a new property manager and that's a testament to them that they were the best amongst the many I researched and interviewed.

PMUK are always highly responsive and deal with any issues in a professional way. PMUK took over the running of an estate I lived at and we all saw the positive impact of their management from day 1, communication was greatly improved from the previous management company, we could better consult with PMUK to voice any issues, they gave us a number of options to get things moving ahead. You will always get a response via email or if you need to speak to them, you can easily get in touch with them over the phone. I've spoken to all of the team and they are very much customer service focused which is rare in this industry.

Family run business, that still holds traditional communication as the key to a good relationship. It’s not unusual for the owners to answer the phone. A request is passed on to a contractor to be actioned efficiently with regards to the request, and all the contractors say they are happy working with PMUK. I have been under other agencies in the past and have seen things just be let go as management companies haven’t communicated efficiently between residents or contractors; or just don’t want to reasonably maintain what they are supposed manage. I have referred others to PMUK when they report continued issues with existing estate managers.

I have been working as a cleaning contractor for PMUK for some time now and can honestly say I would highly recommend them. My whole experience has been excellent from the very prompt and professional communication to the super speedy payments, I can not fault them. They are always a pleasure to deal with and it is very clear from my dealings with them and their residents that PMUK genuinely want to offer the best possible service to their clients and contractors.
