My family and I have been very happy with the service provided to us, especially by Marina. Obviously, she is very efficient and competent in her job, but she also goes that extra mile for you, which is why it puts Wards and Partners above other agents for us.

Sold my property through Laura at Wards. Very impressed with her. When she came to my property she'd done her research, had a clear plan of how she was going to get me a good price for my flat, and ultimately delivered on that. Any times I've needed to contact Laura I've received a reply very promptly - either from her, or from a colleague if she's out of the office. You hear lots of horror stories about estate agents, but I can genuinely say my expectations have been significantly exceeded by her skill and customer service. I have been in contact with Harry from wards of Kent for a while now. And I can honestly say he has been nothing but patient, caring and informative all along. You rarely come across agents in this industry who will have these great qualities. I wish him all the best in this profession, as he is one of the best ones I have yet met.

Contacted Wards of Dartford about renting my flat as never done this before. Marina came round and went through everything. I agreed to go forward with them and the flat was let in 1 day. Had reason to call Marina in from Lettings department to seek advice. Having never let a property before I was unsure of the protocol of the whole system. Marina was absolutely tops! So full and thorough with advice and the whys and wherefores. She covered absolutely everything. Marina is a very warm person and very approachable. She obviously knows her job very well. Should we decide to go along the letting route, without a doubt we will be calling her in.
