Went in a few days ago. Staff came across unfriendly and like they didn’t want to be there at all. There was one staff member standing there doing nothing the whole time, when we eventually got his attention he got the sizes brought out, and went to stand at the front doing nothing again, a young lady eventually brung out the shoes, but had no idea who they were for and had to talk to the guy doing nothing to find out who they were for, Overall not impressed with the service at this branch

I visited the shop a while ago. I received amazing service from an enthusiastic, patient and very helpful young lady. Whilst I tried on some shoes, she helped another customer and promptly returned to me. The other customer commented on how lovely the assistant was too! Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt and cannot recall the young lady's name 😟. I remember that she has a Vauxhall Adam though! Purchased 2 pairs of Converse trainers.

Went in just to look around while my friend shopped but fell in love with a pair of bumble bee converse. Nav was so helpful and attentive, helping me find my size and the perfect shoe, even let me pick my favourite charity tote bag to put them in. Very friendly and welcoming, Schuh is very lucky to have him. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Bought a pair of Buffalos on Monday. This was my most pleasant shoe shopping experience in a long time! Staff were all super friendly, nothing was any trouble. Shout out to Leah there, what a friendly, helpful and polite young lady, credit to the brand.

Quick and attentive service, they always greet us when we walk in, and the staff is consistently cheerful and polite, which sets this shop apart from nearby trainer stores. They offer cleaning products with each visit, but it's never intrusive or pushy. When items are unavailable, they suggest alternatives or offer free home delivery. While the email frequency can be a bit high, the discounts make signing up worthwhile. Overall, we're always delighted to visit this shop due to their excellent service.
