I went there for a spa day. The facilities are good. The gym has decent equipment and there are many machines so it can cater for busy periods. The sauna, steam rooms and pools are great. It wasn't too busy. The massage was more than satisfactory and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was lunch. We didn't know what it was - it turned out to be tea/coffee and scones. That's not enough food for a whole day, especially if you're using the gym. I wasn't aware we could pay for more food if we wanted to eat more.
