The whole experience of renting a unit from lok'nstore has been so easy. everything was made clear to us (prices, contracts, refunds etc.) from the beginning, right to the end. everyone working there was always very nice and helpful, especially kate who was so informative and did everything she could to help us make a decision based on what would work best for us. if i'm ever in need of self-storage again, i will be coming back here. i 100% recommend this place. thank you, everyone, for going above and beyond for your customers, best customer service i have seen in a long time.
Very well run place. contract terms clearly communicated from the outset and everything - from getting started to closing the account - was very easy and well managed. most of my in-person encounters were with harriet, who is super friendly and helpful! if i need storage again, i’ll almost certainly re-use them.
