Popped in to enquire about facilities. Was immediately welcomed and shown some units. Andrew spent time explaining how the facility works and gave me a run down of costs. We agreed to hold a unit for a few days whilst I decided if the unit and cost was acceptable. All info was emailed to me. I accepted the contract a few days later and am pleased with how it all went smoothly.

Trasey was very prompt in following up on my web enquiry. I’ve never rented space before so we went through everything and she was very thorough. The process to provide all the ID, paperwork etc was managed by Ana in the branch and it was easy. Ana was very good, smiley face and couldn’t be more helpful. Like I say, never rented any storage space before and Trasey and Ana made it easy and simple and felt at ease. Great pricing and great customer service… I would absolutely recommend Trasey, Ana and Safestore Crayford!

Cannot say enough how lovely the staff are here! I was a little daunted as never used a service like this before but Ana and Tracey were so helpful in showing me how everything worked. Needed somewhere to store all my belongings as part of a house move and couldn’t be more perfect! Extremely convenient for getting in and out with great access, cost efficient and lovely and clean.
