I would have given a zero if possible Booked the cab for ebbsfleet at 3.45pm when we called they said traffic in dartford would arrive in 10 mins waited for 25 mins called again and was told another 12 minutes we trusted him and when we checked online there was no traffic so basically he was lying , when he didn’t arrive by 4.30pm called again and checked at this point he admitted the driver was in Bromley…. .Booked another cab from dartford who charged even lesser and arrived within 10 mins . We nearly missed our train to Paris due to this . It’s because of companies like you people lose trust .Dishonest

Terrible service. Would not recommend. Booked a cab for 5am to go from my house to Dartford stn (under 10 mins). When the cab didnt turn up I called the office who said the driver was probably about 10 mins away. When I complained and explained that I would now miss my train and would have to park at stn, possibly leaving my car there for a week, The operator was unsympathetic and offered no solutions. Didn't even apologise.

Avoid!! Booked a return trip and they quoted me a price. During the drive up I was told to pay cash because they apparently charge you extra for paying by card or online?! Then on the way back they didn’t track my flight correctly causing the driver to travel up twice and on my return they said that the price quoted was per journey even though I confirmed the leave for a return trip. I had both the driver and the person on the phone berating me to pay extra even though that wasn’t what I was quoted. They don’t have invoices and they have NO COMPLAINTS PROCESS nor do they respond to emails. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was really happy for cab service from Gatwick we used as the driver was so polite and as we had lots of luggage, he also helped us with that. I would definitely use the service again as customer service was good when I booked with them.

Please do not book with these people. I booked a car at 6pm to pick my wife up from a secluded station at 10.40pm. At 10.15pm, I recieved a call telling me they had no cars to send. When I asked what had happened to the booking, they told me that they only assign a car about half an hour before. They were quite happy to leave my wife stranded. I eventually got another taxi to come from 15 minutes away but obviously cost twice as much.
