Great service from ascott's makes being a musher a lot better matt and the team always ready to help, no need to go anywhere else.

Since 1992 i have been as ascotts customer. from the moment i first walked through their door i was treated well. today i picked up yet another new cab from them. nothing has changed. every single member of staff has the same attitude. “help this driver” from the top to the bottom, they are all a paragon of efficiency, knowledge and politeness. if i lived next door to m&o, i would still only trust ascotts with my livelihood.

Been part time for 5 years and the only real reason i’ve kept my cab is simply because this garage and it’s staff , they are absolutely brilliant on helping me keep it on the road in the most cost effective manor.. nothing is ever to much trouble and believe me the staff go beyond in their endeavours to keep you on the road and happy . not only that they bend over backwards to ensure your cab as every chance of passing up the yard. .. if it doesn’t need replacing mathew and the team tell you that straight , but if it does then you’re safe in the knowledge that it’s a genuine statement.. after 20 years of using this garage i can honestly say i’ve never had one issue

Once again, the staff are approachable helpful and give my cab a good service, i have every confidence ascotts , they care about their customers, it shows there is good management, i wouldn't take my cab anywhere else to be repaired, i will be lookingto buy my electric cab there when the time comes, you don't have to wait weeks on end for an appointment ascotts can get you out of trouble and back on the roadin an emergency, thank you ascotts

Used them for years, wouldn't go anywhere else for taxi servicing and repairs. i bought 3 cabs from them... give lily or carol a ring on reception and ask to talk to matthew or wayne. honest and trustworthy.
