Kuoni Bluewater

Knowing we wanted to go to Sri Lanka and the Maldives for our honeymoon, we had been to a couple of companies who had us making numerous connecting flights and changing our itinerary to South Africa in the end due to political issues in Sri Lanka. We found Kuoni and went into the Bluewater branch. We were warmly welcomed by Josie who, within the first 5 minutes, told us Sri Lanka is most definitely do-able AND with direct flights. We couldn't quite believe it nor then know where to start with building our dream holiday as we thought it was off the table. Josie built us a great intinary around how much we wanted to travel/rest... local sites and what we would/wouldn't want to see and pointed out areas in the island that would work best and built the trip around our needs. One of which (we weren't exactly easy) a surf trip, seeing lions, seeing elephants and a yoga retreat (not wanting much!). All of which was in our trip, within budget and lots of lovely honeymoon extras added in. We go this month and can't wait! The follow up document and liaison has been great and we're even communicating on excursions we'd want to look at so Josie knows ahead of time to get them booked in with our driver. We've had travel blog updates on where we are going where colleagues have taken a trip which has been super helpful for us in the final preparations. thank you very much .

Contacted Kuoni, Bluewater. Spoke to a very nice assistant manger called Jack pike. Regarding a trip to Thailand in February we are planning. Gave us some amazing ideas and crafted a lovely itinerary for us. Brilliant service.

We have had a number of holidays with Kuoni but we had never booked via their outlet in the Bluewater Shopping Center, Kent. We called in on the off chance to see about a river boat trip to Holland in April next year to see the bulb fields. We met Josie who was brilliant. She listened to us, understood our needs and set about selecting the two most suitable packages for us. She showed us the details on screen next to each other so we could compare and choose for ourselves. I would recommend Josie and the team at Bluewater if you want excellent prompt service and assurance that you get the holiday you want. Thank you.

Overall a good experience booking with them in store. Following this though slow to reply to emails and often a little short when it does come. Was given wrong information about luggage allowance. The holiday was amazing with only one problem which the company sorted when we emailed. Would not rush back to Kuoni after this though as feel have had better service from other providers.

We booked our Honeymoon via Jack and had the best experience. We knew where we wanted to go but the finer details needed to be worked out. We went to Singapore and The Maldives, we knew where we wanted to stay in Singapore but had zero clue on what Island for The Maldives. We ran Jack through our ideal list and he pulled up a few options and we found our Island. We booked there and then! All communication from then was just as good as the first time, and it just made the Wedding/Honeymoon even more exciting. We were met by Kuoni reps, as well as receiving packs from them whilst away to confirm all information. A big thank you to Kuoni and especially Jack for making sure we had towel art in the room- literally a dream come true!
