TUI Holiday Store

My partner & I went in with our 4 children to book a family holiday with Vicky and she was amazing! She helped us find the best holiday suitable for children and adults. She searched for the best prices and even put up with my kids being loud. If I could give her more than 5* I would! So happy we've booked our first family holiday!!

My partner and I use TUI in Bluewater to book our holidays and are always very pleased with the customer service we receive from the Bluewater branch staff. For our upcoming trip we were looked after by Jacquie who was very knowledgable to the trips we had shortlisted, took time to discuss these with us and was very patient, giving us time to make a now informed choice on our destination and hotel choice. Thank you Jacquie, you are a credit to your company and due to the exceptional service that you provided we will be popping in shortly to also book one of our next years holidays.

Had a good experience at Bluewater store - the travel advisor Vicky P was really friendly and made us feel so welcome. We chose an amazing hotel and Vicky ensured that we got the best deal for the time we wanted to go away. She also advised of promotions for optional extras and we opted for the premium lounge. We are looking forward to our holiday and will definitely return to bluewater after receiving such good customer service.

Had the experience of dealing with Kathleen. What an absolute pleasure in dealing with someone who was very patient and helpful. She never moaned once when I asked for different flights and days until we found the holiday that suited my needs .I can honestly say she is a great asset to the company.
