easipetcare - Dartford

Been using their services for 3 years now, from 8 weeks pup to 3 years old doggy. Seems like I see a different doctor every time we go for check up or yearly jabs, but still good service. Have no complaints whatsoever, so far so good. Because I live far from them they supply me with either 6 month or a year worth or worm and flee treatment, just to save the trips, so thank you Easipet care. Standart prices I would say.

First time we came brilliant care Second time refused to see our dog even tho we had a appointment because their vet was going home earlier and we said we had a problem with a lesion found on our dog in her eye and they said nothing they could do and to get a new appointment for some other time in the future. They told us they tried to call and voice message was left, saying not to come but no call was made at all. Not polite at all about it either. The vet was still in the building so it wasn’t even as if the vet had left they just said that they wouldn’t even look. We had emailed and called prior with the worry about the lesion so it was known why we wanted to be seen so eagerly

Excellent service, Luna is not keen on the vets and didn't want to go into the consulting room so the nurse carried her
