I absolutely loved my first pregnancy yoga session with riva. i'm currently 18 weeks pregnant and riva's patient instruction instilled confidence that i was exercising safely and positively. my aches and pains feel better already. can't wait till my next session!
I've absolutely love riva's prenatal yoga sessions. riva creates a warm, non-judgemental and calming environment. riva is super knowledgeable about yoga and especially prenatal practice which makes me feel comfortable and confident in each class. riva has superbly adapted each session to suit the needs of the class and found the right level of challenge vs need every time. riva's classes have really helped me through my second trimester and it is comforting that riva is a fellow mummy so after class chats have been much appreciated ☺️
So happy i found this class, i’ve made new friends and riva is amazing especially if you are new to yoga as she gives three options for most poses so there is no pressure to be able to do yoga straightaway ❤️
Been attending the classes for over a year , post searching for a yoga class in dartford. was pleasantly surprised that regular classes are held very much in the heart of dartford. riva has been not only fantastic great in her teaching methods but also in her approach in how she binds the class together with 3 different variations of a single pose and is extremely professional in her approach .a student then chooses his or hers approach based on the complexity.the class is always on time and well structured, incorporates various styles of yogas on various days. before any form she discusses the form and pose and the core focus points for it. a lazy person like me going there for over a year is a good testament enough to whoever knows me personally!
I attend a gym 4x a week & do a lot of strength training & cardio. i had been looking for a while to add yoga into my fitness regime, specifically to help with my flexibility and mental wellbeing and riva’s class certainly ticks those boxes. her classes are well structured & suitable for all abilities. she takes time to explain each pose and the breathing around it which i can sometimes find the hardest part to remember! she’s a warm & friendly teacher and has helped me settle into the group. i would highly recommend her class. it’s one of the most enjoyable hours of my week.
