Absolutely gorgeous studio with a variety of different classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun, each bringing their own uniqueness to the class.

Excellent yoga 🧘‍♀️ classes. I have tried both hot and standard yoga. Both were very good and easy to understand even for a beginner like me. Only after a few weeks I have noticed a difference in my flexibility. Great teachers and lovely relaxing place to go.

My first ever acupuncture experience was amazing. Everything Tom said lined up with what I felt and what psychics, reiki practitioners and distance energy healers had all said. I couldn't recommend him any more highly. He is very knowledgeable, intuitive and skilled at what he does. I'll be back soon for sure!

Ive just completed a 2 week introduction trial and am very impressed with it all. Lovely ambience in the studio with excellent teachers and smells gorgeous. Ive tried Relax and Restore,Yoga Barre, Pilates and Hot Yoga. Loved them all . Overall excellent looking forward to continuing the classes. Thankyou

Beautiful serene studio. Lovely eucalyptus and lavender smell in there too. Very good selection of class times and various classes for different tastes and abilities. Felt very comfortable as a beginner in a class of established clients as the tutor explained everything as we went along. Great 😌
