I was a new customer and had some terrible experiences with high street air con “experts”. The depths of knowledge from Adam are extremely reassuring. Any issues were diagnosed, rectified and my air conditioning was fully functioning after suffering 3 years of substandard opinion. I highly recommend this company. If they can’t fix your problems then you’ll be advised as to the next logical step as to why your car is letting you down. I’m extremely jealous of this astute company. Thanks again.

Adam has been very patient and helpful as I negotiated the issues with my new to me Ford Galaxy. I've had to have a re-gas twice and he helped get the necessary parts after the first failed due to an undiscovered leak, and a mechanic happy to fit the part at a good price. I would recommend him whole heartedly.

Mark the owner of the business was very informative and professional going about his business in servicing my Air conditioning for my car. He was quick and talked me through each procedure that he was carrying out. Leaving no doubt in my mind that my car was in good hands. The proof in the pudding was a fully functioning air conditioning delivering nice chilled air into my cabin. I have no hesitation in using his services again and will be utilising his services to conduct the same procedures for my wife's car.

Great service 👍. What a good place to re-gas your car this place is. The owner was happy to talk through the process and show you the readings on the diagnostic kit. A very nice polite, prompt and informative service from start to finish. You will have to look hard to better this place for a re-gas or diagnostic session. I will be returning in the future. Yes first trip to Kool Car taking a customers vehicle Mark did the pressure tests and found a small leak so fired in some sealer and then regassed will continue to monitor and I will have to fit a new pipe if the problem persists. Mark was very professional and completely the operation in record time. Looks like I will be returning in the next few weeks with another vehicle and its great to find someone that is so efficient and doesn't rip you off.
