I have used bds architecture on several occasions and they have always been professional, competitive and easy to work with. tim gives sound advice and has good ideas. i would definitely recommend him!

Tim gave us a really competitive price and explained really clearly what and how he would do things. he visited us twice to give us advice and discuss our needs and then very promptly produced initial drawings for us to examine. then he produced final drawings and coordinated with a building control company to have them approved very quickly. i am very happy with the service.

I'm so pleased to have invited tim to help us with our kitchen extension. he is very experienced, works efficiently and communicates well. the design of the new kitchen-dinner-living area is lovely as well as practical and we got the planning permission with no hassle. we'll move on to the building stage soon and look forward to the completion.

Tim at bds did a great job providing drawings of our new garage following a meeting on site and then arrange for the planning application to be submitted. good advice provided which helped with the planning being granted quickly despite being in the greenbelt! would certainly recommend.
