Extension Drawing Services

We used EDS for our planning and BR drawings for our new extension. Catherine and Stephen have provided a professional and friendly service throughout. We asked EDS to help us draw up plans for a medium size commercial renovation and to help us navigate the planning permission and building regulations. As this is not an area where we have any experience, their help was invaluable. From the first meeting, Catherine was great. She listened to what we wanted to do and helped us think through how to best use the space. They had the drawings finished on time, and were very patient through a few rounds of changes from us. They were also very helpful in dealing with planning permission and knowing how to deal with the council and what they would need in order to approve us. Our project ended up falling through at the last minute because of an issue with the landlord, but all of our interactions with EDS were fantastic. I will absolutely use them again if I need to, and would recommend others do as well.

I required drawings and background information for replacement french doors and window units in a conservation area.
