An amazing experience from start to finish. Went in to purchase an e-bike, Tom was really knowledgeable and helpful. Purchased the bike and was ready to collect in a few days.

Gear cable frayed near the end of my ride. Took my Specialised Ruby into Cyclo Monster and had it returned to me within 2hrs. Super speedy fix from them at a good more than competitive price. Nice helpful member of the team too. Thank you! Will visit again if ever in need, highly recommend!

I bought a Raleigh Motus e-bike a year ago. I have found the shop very helpful and accommodating on various occasions. Today my bike had its annual service which was done in the day. It’s like new again. Thank you.

Great bike shop. Went to buy pedals for my mountain bike. The staff were very helpful and fitted the new pedals. They also set up my bike for me and offered lots of helpful advice. I have also ordered a dropper post which the guys will be fitting for me. Brilliant service and highly recommended. Thanks for your help guys.
