Took my daughters scooter in for repair yesterday. the gentleman who served us was very polite, professional and helpful. great customer service, highly recommend hawks.

The customer service here is brilliant. simon did some minor tweaks to my bike today its now running spot on. they don't just sell you a bike here, the after sales service care is brilliant. keep up the great work lads. 10/10

Great service. thorough and they know what they're talking about. i purchased a bike for my 5 year old daughter and they fitted the stabilisers, did a thorough check of the bike and included an 8 week service. highly recommended. they've been here since i was a kid and have years of experience.

10/10 would recommend i called hawks to arrange a brake service as my new bike wasn’t braking well. when i went to the shop helpful staff member ramon :) managed to make the adjustments on the spot so i wasn’t without my bike for 24hours! was also advised how to bed in brakes. very helpful and friendly team. as it was a quick fix for these experts, i was lucky enough to have my bike looked at free of charge as a full brake service was not required. honest and helpful team 10/10

Driven past this place numerous times and always gave the wow factor with how many different bikes were displayed just in the window. son wanted a bmx for his birthday, went to halfords in ilkeston, staff ignored us after walking round looking at all the bikes. went to burton trent halfords, same issue, no one said hello!? anyhows i remembered hawks cycles so drove down. easy parking in their courtyard. went inside and greeted within a few moments with a warm welcome. the store was vast and plenty of different styles of bikes for all ages - even electric bikes for the more mature cyclist ha! saw several bmx bikes, the chap on the till asked if need any help to which i replied yes, son would like to try a bmx. went over and son tried the bike as the assistant explained on kids talk the features that make it a stunt bike. assistant was first class and my mind was made up that i would buy from hawks cycles. went for the bmx, that gooww that goes in tyres to stop punctures, night lights, water bottle, mini air pump and a basic chain lock. paid in full and collected the following sunday. all ready and gleaming with an explanation that a free safety and adjustment check was on offer two months after having bmx. if you want to experience great, knowledgeable and reliable service, give these folk a try, and tell me i was right! going back again without hesitation, well done! many thanks marek
