The Bike Shop

Very helpful shop. I went looking for a new bike as my frame had cracked after 8 years since I bought from them. They told me that was covered under Trek lifetime warranty. So I got a brand new frame and they moved all the components onto the new frame for free! What a result!

Extremely helpful when purchasing an electric bike. Did not try and sell the most expensive bike, took a lot of time working through the options and allowed for the bike to be test road. Can’t fault Craig who helped me

Bang on service.. im not local but I work in the Derby area and a colleague recommended the shop to me. The chap I dealt with today was spot on...think his name was Sam. Couldn't fault the service. Will be back for sure ..

Excellent shop, absolutely brilliant staff, very friendly and helpful. A lot of Trek, Giant bikes also budget bikes.

Great bike shop. Really accommodating helpful staff. Helped me with a problem not easily fixed. It’d be the first place I’d choose next time I need anything bike related.
