Purchased a BMW from CSM and can't recommend enough. Car came spotless and went on to have a couple of minor issues but csm rectified them under the warranty as soon as they were made aware. The warranty is genuine unlike many others and an overall great place. If your looking to buy a used car I can't imagine a much better place. James is great to deal with and can't help enough. 5 stars from me 👍

From the minute we walked in James showed us a car we was interested in , but decided to go for a nissan note witch was in fantastic condition . James and the team are so friendly and can't do enough for you . Would highly recommend buying a used car from here 5 star 👍👍

Brought my first car from here after riding motor bikes for 17years. They were quick to sort out problems under the warranty with no quibbles. 3 years later the cars running great. Staff try and get car in at convenient times. Reasonable prices and they will inform you of the issues and options. I will always try and get work done here as I trust them and trust them to do a good job. Only down side, which is kind of an up aswell is they are very busy at times being a popular garage so getting car in can be hard if urgent work is needed. Again they try and be as flexible as they can.

Absolute stars. James was fantastic. Bought a BMW estate from these guys. They sorted the clutch before me buying it (their recommendation not my request) and even without telling me, it looks like they have put 2 new tyres on my car and new front pads and brakes. Always in good communication with me, it made me feel trust in them. I was that impressed with the customer service I plan to use CSM to service and MOT my cars in the future. Keep it up fellas!
