Great service. Rang up a couple of hours before I went into the shop about a possible usb c port replacement. The owner, who was very knowledgeable and kind, explained it may take a few days due to a backlog. He was still more than willing to answer the questions I had about the possible replacement process (part requirements, what they needed to do etc). Turns out, the port was just clogged! I was in and out of the shop within 20 minutes with a phone that now charges again! They even refused a small tip for their great service. Lovely guys and very professional and knowledgeable. Need a phone repair. This is the place to go!

Great service. Needed an iPhone screen replacement completed in a pinch. Dropped the phone off @ 16:30 got it back 17:00. Although functional, I did discover that the screen was slightly lifted in one corner, not fully flush with the frame of the phone. I called the next day, spoke with the owner - He apologised, cleaned the entire phone (literally inside and out), replaced the screen with a brand new unit and was even kind enough to fit a complementary screen protector. All within 30 mins. I can’t fault the service, top quality work at competitive prices. Highly recommend. Bonus: All seals are replaced to maintain water protection and a 12 month component warranty is supplied with the receipt of purchase.

This is the second time I am using this shop. First time I used them to change iPhone screen. Unfortunately, the new screen stopped working within few days but they immediately rectified and fitted a new screen. They have now moved to a new location. Went in today with my Samsung phone with charging problems...was expecting to spend £50 to change the charging port. He just cleaned up and removed the dirt for free. It is all working now. Thanks a lot. strongly recommended.
