Truly excellent customer service by joe, gave frequent updates and guidance on the cost, timeframe and work to be done. massive thanks to dariusz too as well as the technician. would give a 6/5 if possible.

Had a scratch on the screen of my samsung s23+ and was told it couldn't be fixed without replacing screen which would be very expensive. offered to fit a screen protector for free! really friendly with great advice and excellent service. any phone problems and it's the first place i'd go now.

Took my son’s phone that had stopped charging (recommendation from a friend). the 2 guys were so helpful & a giggle at the same time!! fixed problem so fast, also gave recommendations to stop it happening again. purchased 2 phone protectors that were fitted there & then on the phones! 5 star service indeed!!!!!!

Popped in while in derby for a screen protector, the lads in this shop where friendly, knowledgable and professional (with a sense of humour) they fitted a new screen protector that was much better than the piece of sh#t glass protector i had on and did it in a matter of minutes. i will definitely be back again for this phones life or the next 🙂👌👍 have been back in at least 3 times since first visit....... with somewhat different results. it really does seem to depend on who you see. i've had both good and bad experiences since my first visit. they always appear to want to do the best they can, but unfortunately, i've had different end results . i will still keep returning and giving them my custom as all i want is a screen protector and a fiver isn't that much (as long as you have a loyalty card) but some are better fits than others 😔 (even for the same phone)

Went in expecting to need a charging port replacement as charger keot falling out. he looked at my phone , spent 20 minutes cleaning and it was fixed! no charge. 100% recommend. really friendly.
