Carina was recommended to me by a friend who has been receiving treatment with her for years. l have been going since Aug '16 when I trapped a nerve using the hand-held RUG Dr all weekend. My back was sorted after a course of treatment, and I now attend for 3 monthly maintenance treatments due to sitting 40 hrs a week at a desk. Carina is really a very friendly, professional and thorough lady.

I saw Carina for my first chiropractic treatment for a lower back injury. She clearly explained the current situation I am in and what I really need to work on to get back into running as I currently have a chronic low back injury which I sustained in the gym. After my first treatment, my movement is just so much better and I will be seeing her for maintenance sessions.
