Excellent and successful service of my Asus laptop. I had a significant issue with the charging ports. I had the issue explained to me, the options I could select with their costs, and then received a fixed laptop for a cost far cheaper than Asus's own technicians could provide. I was very impressed and thankful. Recommended.
