Took my phone with a cracked screen today. the owner was very helpful and mended it in 40mins. brilliant place to go and not expensive well worthwhile. definitely recommend going to this shop.thank-you so much my phone looks like new again🙂

Went to this shop for repairing my phone screen; found nice customer service and good rates. also have the facility to replace the back glass which was broken for many months, so did that as well. overall 5 stars for everything. also going for laptop repair soon. recommended for any it / mobile problem to sort out quickly.

I have had to visit twice in the last 3 weeks, for a mobile phone screen replacement and a completely unresponsive chrome book, both items were repaired, one whilst i waited and the other the very next day (due to me taking it in very late the previous day). very reasonable charges on both items. in appreciation i wanted to pay extra for the fantastic and speedy work, but it was kindly declined. i recommend hi-tech mobiles and laptops 100%. fantastic customer service, very reasonable charges and very friendly. many thanks guys

The team from hi-tech are amazing!! i had a oppo find x2 lite which needed a new screen. spoke to other repairers in the area. some could not even be bothered to quote me. others said it was going to take 2 weeks!! spoke to them they told me they would need to order the screen and it would 'unfortunately' only be ready by tuesday. bear in mind this was saturday when i dropped it off. they called me tuesday to say it was ready for collection. i would most definitely recommend the team & will always use them again.
