Peter was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He replied promptly to my initial email enquiry about a Macbook batery replacement. He provided lots of helpful info and a great price. He was also able to do the repair very quickly. Dropped it off Friday afternoon and it was ready to collect Monday morning - fantastic service! I would definitely use Peter again for any future issues and will also recommend to others too.

I had broken my laptop screen. I call this company. He fit me in the same day, repair my laptop the next day and gave it me back with in two days. My laptop then had another fault, which he fixed the same day. Great service, would really recommend. The man was very polite and very helpful. I couldn't ask for a better service. 10/10!

Peter was absolutely brilliant both with me (nervously thinking I'd wrecked my laptop) and with my poorly computer. I'd inadvertently caused an inexplicable problem (the techie people in the Apple shop were stumped) by importing an Apple upgrade which nixed my photos/file and ability to transfer photos or use them on my website. Even though Peter's first repair didn't ultimately fix the entire issue (he did recover the photos but the album was still unresponsive) he patiently took it back and worked on it for another day, researching the internet to see what the potential issues could be and how to repair and didn't charge me any more. Above all, he kept giving me advice about back-ups and computer housekeeping that I probably won't follow for long which means I'm sure to be ringing him again. But, for now, all is well and happy to recommend Peter as a bit of a life-saver.

I have used this service several times and never been disappointed. My latest visit was with a Laptop which had gone so slow that it was unusable, Within a day the problem had been diagnosed and a solution proposed with the work done the next working day. The price was exceptionally reasonable and I am highly delighted yet again with the work that has been done - I have a new Laptop almost!. I highly recommend this service. Professional, friendly and good communication and very fair pricing and will definitely be going back if I have any more PC issues
