Derby Express Couriers

I initially missed the delivery by a few minutes as was out , so opted to collect from the depot , found the place easily, had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to answer the phone but the person I spoke to was polite, friendly and efficient, happy days !!

Reviewing ahead of delivery, but wanted to write a review based on the brilliant customer service I received this morning. (I think I spoke with a James but can't quite remember!). Professional and super helpful! Went above and beyond to help me get a better delivery window and called the supplier to request some special instructions. Whoever took my call was a credit to your team! Many thanks

Very professional company and staff, always willing to go the extra mile. Goods arrived in an excellent condition, driver had good knowledge of where the goods actually came from.
