I cannot thank this practice enough. Sophie was able to book me an NHS appointment promptly when I got in touch. She was very friendly when I arrived as were my dentist and dental assistant. I have had very bad experiences in the past in other places which had made me very nervous about visiting the dentist but the team were able to alleviate these concerns and complete my treatment quickly and painlessly.

Exceptional treatment, couldn't recommend them more highly, really friendly, excellent patient manner, really comforting in what was in the past an extremely traumatic experience but not anymore. Even my youngest daughter who had a real phobia regarding dental treatment was soon put at ease due to the kind confident manner in which she was treated. I can't thank them enough and feel lucky to have my family registered here

Been going here for a number of years now, the staff are very kind and helpful, the recent renovations make the place look very smart, and i like having the option to wait in a seperate waiting area. Staff are understanding of my autism needs, my teeth are one of the things i struggle with due to autism and I know that i have alot more issues with them than someone my age should have, but i dont feel judged at this dentist, unlike my previous one. Reception and staff always recognise me and address me by name which is nice and i feel welcomed, thank you!☺️

Going to the dentist is never going to be something you look forward to but my recent experience at Charming Smiles has certainly changed my perception of going to the dentist. Rachel was excellent in all aspects of making my visit as painless and comfortable as possible. I had a tooth at the back of my mouth filled and was calmly talked through the whole procedure and was remarkably surprised at how quickly and smoothly the procedure was carried out. A very modern dental surgery where you are met and greeted by a very helpful receptionist whom handles all telephone enquiries in a polite and professional way. Would thoroughly recommend them !! An excellent Dental Practice. They are professional & friendly dentists but they are also incredibly supportive & helpful for anyone with additional needs. My parents were patients from Charming Smiles first day. The team have assisted them as they got older showing patience & support not only in maintaining my father & mother’s dental care but also ensuring both my parents could feel as independent as possible at every appointment. It’s a proper professional team from the cheery warm welcome at the front desk or on the telephone through to dental care from the dentist. You treated my mother & father with incredible skill, your understanding of the needs of those with older eyes & ears & mobility needs is exceptional. They both felt better after a visit. You showed great kindness to dad when we lost mum, your genuine care exemplifies your excellent Practice. Sadly my father passed away peacefully aged 102 recently but he remained proud of still having most of his own teeth. Charming Smiles helped in that too. Thank you
