Bliss Wedding DJ

We were arranging a charity fundraiser for a small breast cancer charity and as I work at The West Mill Wedding Venue and Dave AKA DJ Naz from Bliss Wedding DJ is one of our favourite DJs to recommend to our couples I asked if he was available on our evening. He immediately said yes and as it was a charity event and we have worked alongside together for many years he offered to host our evening with no charge. Which was amazing and so kind, particularly as it was a Friday night. He was so invested in the evening, he wanted all the information on the event, the fundraising and the person the event was in memory of. Throughout the evening he did various shoutouts, and chats about the charity and Sally, he also hosted our raffle for us. He made it so personal and showed such care for our event it was refreshing and made the evening so personal as it wasn't just a faceless DJ playing music. He took loads of photos and videos for us during the night too! He was a pleasure to have with us on the evening and added something special to the night that we would have otherwise missed out on. Thank you DJ Dave for everything!! You are a superstar.

David from the word go was so communicative going through what we liked/wanted/expected of the day. I spoke to David several times and he really made an effort to get to know who we are as people. David offered lots of helpful advice and tips to help the day run smoothly. He listened to what we wanted and tailored things promptly. David made everyone feel so welcome. He literally feels like a family friend and numerous people asked how we knew David and how long because they genuinely thought we'd known him for years. He is very warm and approachable and was checking regularly on the day how we were doing, checking timings when needed but keeping very calm during the process and reminded us that our day was fluid which was really comforting when we started to worry about timings. David put together brilliant playlists that all the guests loved and complimented. The disco was amazing and David changed up the playlist depending on who was dancing and what the vibe was! David was a wonderful master of ceremonies, he was funny, friendly and honestly just a ray of sunshine on our special day. He made sure the day flowed really smoothly without having to have a rigid schedule. We couldn't have asked for a better MC and DJ. We hired David & The Bliss Wedding Team for our wedding at Tissington Hall. The planning process was really easy and David was super helpful with his recommendations for the day too. David's communication was second to none and I felt really relaxed about the whole process. He also knew the venue extremely well, so this meant he knew how everything worked. The whole day was just perfect. We would Definitely recommend Bliss Wedding DJ to other couples getting married as David really knows his stuff and will be there for you the whole day. He was so much more than a DJ and Master of Ceremonies, providing entertainment through the wisdom cards which was really funny and meant we had 'no lulls' which was one of my mantras for the day, and he even helped elderly relatives find places to sit during the reception drinks and helped them to make their way through to the marque. I think David really listens to couples and their needs and provides exactly this. He had a big input on our day which was what we wanted but also, if you wanted less, he could do this too. We were extremely happy with his selection of music he played. The sound system and lighting were perfect. Bliss exceeded all our expectations. David and Bliss Wedding DJ were amazing and we're delighted that they were part of our day. They went above and beyond what was expected of them and gave us a great experience and atmosphere for people to get involved. David was super friendly and spoke us through the evening. We were super nervous about our first dance but he put us at ease and made us feel more confident with it. He was brilliant at getting all the guests involved and nothing we asked for was too much trouble.
