If you’re at your wits end with your dog like I was, do yourself a favour and give Kim a ring! She has been so helpful, booked us in at short notice and was incredible with our dog. We have a very naughty teenage pup who has nearly every behaviour problem: pulling, separation, stealing, whining. Life was incredibly difficult! Kim is fantastic. I sent her a despairing email through her website after reaching breaking point with our dogs pulling and walks in general becoming so stressful that I dreaded going! I was unable to walk both of our dogs together because one of the pulled so much. Kim rang me and reassured me we could absolutely solve it, I instantly felt better. She has since visited and has already changed things dramatically! She spent time observing us and then set to work training us humans! She had us all walking so much better in no time! She gave us lots of hands on training and made sure we all knew what we were doing and when we should be doing it. She also gave us some really great guidance on recall and some other manners that were lacking! We have lots to practice but Kim has given us all the tools and confidence to do that. We also have the reassurance that we can contact Kim again if we have any questions or are finding anything tricky. I honestly wish I had found her sooner. Her love and knowledge about dogs was so clear, both our dogs loved her too! I will absolutely be recommending Kim to any friends or family who find themselves needing help with their dogs!

Kim has visited us at home to work with our family dog, an 18 month old cocker spaniel. She is providing invaluable guidance to understand our dog and put in place techniques to improve his manners around the home and behaviour when out and about. We can't say enough good things about Kim! Her expertise and dedication to helping our 10 year old Roxy were truly impressive. Kim visited us for a 2 hour session with our cocker spaniel, and the difference in him has been amazing already. We were really struggling with his reactions to knocks at the door and visitors arriving. Within days we've already reached the point where he is much calmer when someone arrives at tbe door and only barks a couple of times. We also did some lead work and he is so much better on his lead. He was literally running rings around me before, but now he walks to heel and is so much more manageable. Kim was really friendly and wasn't judgemental about how much we previously pandered to his ridiculous behaviour, she just gave us the tools to help change things. Would recommend to anyone!
