Just started the pick n mix classes with our trainer sian having been through the puppy training classes and smarty pups. we're really impressed with the content of the classes and sian's knowledge, patience and ability to train us to train our 12 month old labrador, mabel. mabel really enjoys the classes as much as we do. she's making real progress.
We completed the 6 week training course at home with sian as we were struggling to manage our year old cockapoo willow with a new baby. sian was very patient and acknowledged the difficulties of having a new baby and also trying to care for willow. sian taught us how to manage our willow’s behaviour and taught us new ways to help her express how she was feeling too. we are continuing the training and hoping that willow and our son will be best friends as they both grow up together. thank you for all your help sian!
We had 3 121 sesions with sian for our 1 year old jackapoo. he barked alot at the tv and struggled with settling. sian worked with us and ozzy and we can now watch tv at peace in an evening and he is more settled. thank you sian 🥰
We brought our 1st pappy to puppy classes outside but didn't have big progress. then we join the smarty pups training which is very practical and sian gave us lots of advice which are base on our puppy's behavior. we can see some change after we practice following her advice. now we know our specific breed is not 'untrainable', just depends on right methods, patient & love.
Sian's ability to identify the causes of challenging behavioural problems with my 7 yr old pomeranian (living with an elderly shih tzu) in a complex household has been phenomenal. she has listened, observed, explained and guided us humans to bring out the best in my dogs and we are all much happier together as a result. sian is an absolute star. having come across various dog trainers over the years, i genuinely believe that her approach is the only one which properly takes into account the best needs of the dogs lucky enough to receive her care.
