Delighted that anderson’s have recently moved to allestree so it’s now easier to park and take appliances in. just taken our 35 year old aeg vacuum in and got fantastic service in the new shop, with a new filter supplied and without hesitation it got some much needed tlc. many thanks and i’ll be back again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. simple and friendly to deal with and nothing is too much of a problem. i'm back up and cooking again to the basic level my pizza and chips in the oven skills will allow!

Went in today to buy some new thermostats for our tumble dryer - the man behind the counter tested them and said they were fine- explained about the reset button and sent us away. he was spot on - by simply resetting the thermostats the dryer is now working again. he could have sold us a new heating unit as we wouldn’t have known better ! excellent service which means we will be visiting the new store again. it was too difficult to get into town to the old store but park farm with its free parking is fabulous 👍

What a gent this guy is, went above and beyond today and supplied me with yet another quality part. businesses like this need supporting so we can all benefit from having an honest, reliable, helpful part stockist and repairer who’s local. keep up the good work 👍👍👍
