I chose Bradley and Jefferies to help with the negotiation of the lease on my first ever commercial property. A little research quickly indicated that choosing a good solicitor with the required specialist knowledge and experience in this field would be wise. Clearly it would be a prudent investment to get the right expertise to make sure I wouldn't become one of the many people who’ve signed leases without sufficient scrutiny and ended up in a difficult and/or expensive problem situation, with only themselves to blame. I say that because I think it is easily preventable. I picked Bradley and Jefferies because they specialise in commercial property and I was assigned Chimdi to represent and assist me and how lucky I was to have her on my side. She was simply brilliant in every respect. She took the time to understand my business and all the issues which were important to me. Crucially, she also highlighted and patiently explained all the other issues which should have been important to me which I overlooked or had failed to properly understand. This required great patience and determination to get her points across, often involving a lengthy debate with me repeatedly disagreeing only to eventually realise that she was right all along. After a short period working together I came to trust her judgement implicitly and had full confidence in her, knowing that every detail would be attended to. In fact, although she was completely professional at all times, she also somehow managed to make me feel that I had gained a loyal friend too. I can't imagine it would be possible to find a better solicitor than Chimdi, and I also wholeheartedly recommend Bradley and Jefferies as a company. Look no further.
