I've found the frank innes letting agents in derby really helpful and efficient in finding and coordinating getting new tenants into my rental property. communication is excellent and i like the property portal service they provide, which keeps me up to date with the its rental position. great service all round!

Frank innes helped us in purchasing our first home. luke was particularly helpful in keeping us updated, answering our questions and chasing different people when needed. a really good service that i certainly recommend.

Our experience with frank innes has been amazing. we were really impressed with luke nixon who always kept us in the loop and acted as the go-between with us, our solicitors and the vendors solicitors. he always called us whenever there was a change or an update with the process which we really appreciated. there was a slight problem at the end of the process which delayed our exchange of contracts but luke spent hours chasing up solicitors, the sellers and always kept us in the loop. thank you so much luke and the team at frank innes for helping us to buy our first home! jenni and aaran.

The first time i have used the letting service with frank innes and it certainly won't be the last, i can not recommend lydia and the team enough. the service was quick and efficient with updates all the way along. they offered sound advice in relation to changes in legislation and recommended a great company for the inventory, they really do know their stuff and my new tenant was moving in within 2 weeks of the advert going out - absolutely brilliant!
