Boutique Florist - Derby

Absolute first class customer service from start to finish made & delivered us a derby ram flower wreath for my father's funeral and it was beautiful. would highly recommend boutique florists.

We asked matthew from boutique florist to make up the flower arrangements for our wedding earlier this month and he did an incredible job. we had a couple of calls with him in the run up to the wedding to discuss what we were after, and straight away his personable approach and knowledge of what would work put us at ease. after the initial call he sent through a great breakdown of the flowers he would use for the arrangements and when we told the venue who our florist was, they couldn't recommend matthew highly enough! on the day itself, the flowers arrived in plenty of time and looked fantastic. we had a lot of comments on the day from guests about how beautiful the arrangements looked, and they fitted our style requests perfectly. we were so pleased and would recommend matthew and boutique florist to anyone in the area.

I ordered my mum the lovely ‘pink bouquet’ for her birthday and they were stunning! i arrived to collect my flowers, the first time visiting the store and it was so fresh, modern & welcoming. there was a man who welcomed me (sorry i didn’t get the name) who was very friendly & pointed to the flowers which were waiting for me. i couldn’t fault the service and the quality of the flowers. i’ll definitely be visiting again!

On way home from a weekend in derby, i ordered online a hand tie bouquet to be delivered on monday to our weekend host - a stunning hand tie was delivered on monday! my host was really delighted- she said she had never seen so many beautiful flowers! reliable and excellent service!

We chose boutique florist for our wedding flowers and the bouquets were absolutely stunning and smelled amazing! matthew was very helpful and easy to communicate with, we had a consultation initially to discuss colours and flowers we liked and he was very accommodating to any questions we had. when we first saw the flowers on the day they were displayed so beautifully and looked even more perfect than we imagined. could not recommend boutique florist enough! x lizzie and joe
